Crisis Support Services

Important: Collective Minds Support Coordination Is Not a Crisis Service

Collective Minds Support Coordination is dedicated to providing NDIS Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to help participants achieve their goals and enhance their wellbeing. However, we are not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate assistance from the appropriate services listed below.

What to Do If You Are Experiencing a Mental Health Crisis

A mental health crisis may involve overwhelming emotions, suicidal thoughts, or behaviors that pose a risk to yourself or others. If you are experiencing a crisis:

  1. Call Emergency Services: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000) for ambulance, police, or fire services.
  2. Contact a Crisis Helpline: Use the numbers below to connect with trained professionals who can provide immediate support and guidance.
  3. Reach Out to Your Support Network: Contact a trusted family member, friend, or your NDIS support team to let them know you need help.
  4. Visit a Hospital Emergency Department: If safe to do so, go to your nearest hospital for urgent mental health assessment and care.
